PEOPLE of all ages are being invited to try their hand at
crown green bowls for free.
As part of a drive to recruit new players across the whole of South Yorkshire,
the coaching will be available in Anston, Dinnington, Maltby and Todwick.
Although bowls is often seen as a sport for the older generation, organisers
are keen to stress that all the family, from grandchildren to grandparents,
can play.
The coaching sessions take place every Saturday morning starting in April and
running through to September.
